Ad placement options

Should I select all these placements? Has anyone tested them? I've observed that all my successful orders come from Facebook and Instagram feeds; other placements haven't yielded any results. I'm considering turning off the other placements to avoid wasting my budget.View attachment 492877
Stick to what works only ,
If FB is great..keep doing it
I mostly stick to it ig this days

While focusing your budget on Facebook and Instagram Feeds is a safe strategy as they are the primary source of conversions, you should still experiment with all placements to take advantage of cheap reach opportunities from Meta.
I also tried other sections, but they brought almost no results or traffic, because those sections require customized images and videos.

Above the fold always pulls best, then in-content blocks. Sidebars are weakest unless your niche is super visual.
Yes, I've noticed that too; the sidebar is only generating ineffective traffic. My website's ultimate goal is to drive purchases, and at least for now, it's not serving that purpose.

Turn off unnecessary ad placements based on existing data to boost leads and conversions. While Facebook/Instagram are your primary sources, you should still experiment across all placements because the Meta data system may find cheaper impressions in unexpected places. Finally, review the results in detail and immediately turn off any consistently substandard ads.

Bro, which country is your target customer group located in? Turn off unnecessary ad placements; this will optimize the number of potential customers and conversion rates.

Bro, use the widest possible placement settings. There's no point in setting just one thing right away because of Andromeda. Also, analyze where the conversion is coming from. You can do this using a tracker. For example, I use zeustrack, and it shows a great breakdown by placement, age, and everything else you need. It's all thanks to S2S.

If your results are primarily focused on Facebook News Feed and Instagram, you don't necessarily need to enable all ad placements. You should keep the placements that generate orders and turn off those that don't convert. This helps avoid spreading your budget too thinly and keeps the signal stable.

Why your data shows “Feeds only” conversions (very common)

This usually does NOT mean other placements are useless.

1) Attribution bias

  • Many placements (Stories, Reels, In-stream, Audience Network) are assist placements.
  • Users often:
    • discover via Reels/Stories
    • convert later via Feed
→ Conversion is credited to Feed, even if discovery happened elsewhere.

2) Meta’s delivery logic

  • When you use Advantage+ placements, Meta starts wide.
  • Over time, it allocates spend to what it thinks converts best.
  • Feeds usually get the last-click credit, so they dominate reports.

3) Low spend = noisy data

  • If your spend per placement is small, Meta can’t optimize properly.
  • You’ll see “0 conversions” even if there was influence

I think you should only keep Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram because the other three yield very few results, and you should optimize them on platforms with high results.
