ad networks with anonymous payouts (bitcoin, gift cards, etc)

I think the title says it all. I plan on starting up a movie/tv streaming site and unfortunately I live in a country that tends to take that pretty seriously so I was wondering if a any network existed that that payed in hard to trace methods like the ones I have listed in the title?

Bitcoin is not anonymous.

You have a point... suppose I shouldn't have used the word 'anonymous'. I switched to "hard to trace" in the message but didn't go back and change the title. Im aware of how the blockchain works and I know that you can view every bitcoin transaction and try to use that to correlate a bitcoin wallet to a persons identity. I would point out though that if you use bitcoin correctly its very very hard to track.

Isn't BTC anon if you use a tumbler?
