Ad network that allows banners

Hi all, I need a good network that allows banners, after some research on this site I tried 3 that seemed good,

PopAds - only have popunder ads, no banners
Ad-Maven - don't allow resizing of banners to fit correctly, smallest height is 250
Propeller Ads - No longer allow banners

I need banners to be resized in the following sizes, 728x90, 468x60, 336x280

I need a good network that allows banners and resizing, any recommendations?

Why don't you media buy like buysellads, their requirement is a banner lol

Don't really understand that, looked at the website but not sure, I know google Adsense have banners that can resize but don't want to use google for obvious reasons.

Please quote me because on default I Unwatch Thread to make my list clean.

Media buy is a simple concept and I wouldn't link you something that couldn't be trusted. On BSA you buy adspace on a website that has high traffic. The only requirement is that you make your own landing/squeeze because they don't allow direct linking.
