@norego this is weird..suspending an account for no reason,. I hear it more often on forums. Never been like this before .. at least not when they were still propellerads. They give like no reason for it?
Ad-Maven is very decent from what I heard but never worked with them myself tbh. Monetag also shaves CPMs,..so as Adsterra
Some content on the site contains semi-censored +18 illustrated drawings. I knew this could potentially be an issue for Monetag, so weeks ago, I contacted their support, informed them about these illustrations, and asked if my site complied with their policies. I also requested a review of my site. However, they gave a vague response that didn’t address my question.
After 667k ad impressions, when it was time for payment, they suspended my account, claiming the +18 illustrations violated their policies. Currently, I can’t get a clear answer from their support about whether I will receive payment for the ads shown so far. The responses to my emails are ambiguous, and I can’t get a definitive answer.
I’m now waiting for the process with their support to be finalized. Once it’s concluded, I will share all screenshots, emails, and the entire process in detail here.
On the Ad-Maven side, things are much clearer and more transparent. Their support team is highly professional, providing very straightforward and definitive answers, and they do so quickly. Additionally, they try to address my requests as a publisher as positively as possible.
For now, the only downside with Ad-Maven is the low quality of the ads they display. I hope Ad-Maven continues to grow, which could lead to higher-quality ads in the future.
