Ad network for adult cpa link offer

Hi,
It is my first thread here.
I want you to help me to find a good advertising network to promote my cpa offer .it is adult dating offer from alfaleads.
I searched for many networks such juicyads,traffic junky,exoclick,clickaine,propeller ads.
I tried easytraffic but it didn't work good
My problem is i have little money and ican't waste it
I live in egypt and all my income is 50 dollar monthly and i cant pay more than 20 dollar .you know guys our case as a third world country and 1 dollar=19 egp.

With $20 I think it would make much more sense to by a cheap bot and run a few adult ig accounts just to start you off.

I spent15 $ in easy traffic but my affiliate network considered it nothing.
am new in cpa and i read much about it but still find it difficult!!!

Best to start off with 2-3 accounts manually just to test things out and once you get the hang of it you can scale it up with bots.

The downside to this is it may require of you to have a thick skin as it could get pretty uncomfortable especially if you're a religious person
