please check your resource status, from profile, to account to see if there is any problem. i think the problem is because your profile is banned.
 
I’ve run into that message before it usually means the account’s under a soft restriction, even if it doesn’t show up clearly in your dashboard. In my case, it happened after a few disapproved ads and switching payment methods. Sometimes it clears on its own in a couple of days, but if it doesn’t, reaching out to support is the only real move. Did you have any recent disapprovals or changes on the account?

Yes, I’ve seen this on accounts that were hit by repeated disapprovals or flagged EM/browser/device setups. Changing payment card might fix it short-term, but if you’re still getting "delivery error" after that, the account is likely flagged under a soft restriction or a low trust score.

If it’s a new page or BM, try warming it up with low-engagement campaigns (likes, views) and avoid any aggressive targeting for a few days. Also worth checking your ad text/creatives – this flag sometimes hits even legit-looking campaigns when FB thinks it's a pattern.

Yeah, that’s usually a soft restriction on the account not a full ban, but Meta blocks delivery.

Common after too many edits, rejections, or flagged payment methods
Wait 24–72h, sometimes it clears on its own
Try duplicating the campaign into a new ad account if urgent
If it repeats, the BM or page might be flagged deeper

Seen this a lot lately Meta’s system is buggy. Patience or fresh setup usually works.
