Currently it takes 12-16 hours for ads to go live, unless you have an old account with a lot of ad spend.

i have 1 view and 4 impressions after 10 hour.. is this normal?

No, it doesn't take that long. There's a problem I think, contact Google support...and please, I would like to know their response. Thanks

Your account is under revision probably and that's why your ad isnt running. It happened a lot of times to me and i always contact support and they first say it's because the campaign is flawed, but then after fixing it, it doesnt work either so then they say its under revision for 72 working hours. Sometimes it takes longer and they say its weird but then after a week or so its working perfectly

i think what you say is correct.. after 3 day still not running and no answer from the support
