Ad approved but Not Running

I did a Youtube video Ad, exactly the same as an old running one.
but now after 10 hours after approving it, still not running.

is this normal? before it was like an hour after approving the ad, it starts running

Currently it takes 12-16 hours for ads to go live, unless you have an old account with a lot of ad spend.

It takes time nowadays for an ad account to start performing. If the problem still persists, leave a message to Google Support Team.

The initial delay was normal.

24 hours isn't

Though the right advice is to contact their support, they probably won't do shit for you.

It can take over 72 hours sometimes. Adwords is weird like that

Your account is under revision probably and that's why your ad isnt running. It happened a lot of times to me and i always contact support and they first say it's because the campaign is flawed, but then after fixing it, it doesnt work either so then they say its under revision for 72 working hours. Sometimes it takes longer and they say its weird but then after a week or so its working perfectly

i think what you say is correct.. after 3 day still not running and no answer from the support
