Had an account recently disabled without any clear explanation.
Already checked policies and nothing obvious stands out.
In your experience:
- Is appeal worth it?
- Or better to move on and start fresh?

Would appreciate any advice .

It's a sweep by Facebook.
The appeal success rate is only around 50%
what bad luck.

It is highly advisable to appeal.
 
you should appeal when account is banned. because facebook use AI to scan account, sometimes, there is a bit of misunderstanding. then, you can try to create new ads with new account.
 
Appealing is useless in 99% of cases. So yes I would just restart.
Facebook is like that ...
 
File an appeal, and just buy a new account, because the chances of Meta accepting your appeal are very slim

best to warm up a fresh acc in an antidetect browser while u wait for the appeal result so your work doesnt stop.
 
If your appeal fails, just leave it and create a new account, no point in reappealing or paying for an appeal service

I can get it unbanned via insider
 
Worth to appeal if you forgot your ads setting and it worked very well
Not worth if it's just a test account, just buy another bm account
