It would be a good motivation if the members with highest valid report post submissions are acknowledged. What do you guys think ?

I can see it now... an excel spreadsheet in the Mod office hanging on the digital wall and the Mods that handle the report making checkmarks.
Then once a month the Accountant Mod comes in and counts all the checkmarks and we then send it off to Deloitte Touche to get certified.
We all rent tuxes and the ladies get designer gowns, set up a join.me meeting and invite all 900K members and a chosen Mod announces the winners of the most valid submissions for each separate subforum. Bruno Mars comes in and sings a song about BHW valid reports and the winner of the most valid submissions in total is announced by Jimmy Kimmel and he hands them a BHW trophy.
Sounds like a good time would be had by all.
