Achieved posts vs Deleted Posts

Hi, guys!

Some people are saying that when you delete a post from your page it hurt your Instagram account's health. So they are saying to "Achieve" the post. What do you think about that? Is that true in your opinion?

For me that's not true but want to hear your thoughts about that.

It seems to me that this is complete nonsense. How can this do any harm? Followers of this you definitely will not lose.

i used to deleted a lot of posts and am now archiving them instead and havent noticed any difference to be honest.
