Accurate Evaluation

I was thinking about selling my brand website and got a potential value of 340K on empire flippers. I didn't go through the vetting process. However, I did put in accurate numbers. When you put down monthly revenue and expenses... do these websites include PP fees & Shopify fees?

How accurate is this valuation on empire flippers? Anybody sell a website there and can give me their opinion.

Web valuation doesnt work like that. It is worth what someone is prepared to pay for it, much like a house.

The best case for you is 2 people want to buy and that creates an auction. If only one person wants to buy, then it becomes a buyers market.

All you can do is decide what is the bottom price you are prepared to sell for. If anyone offers that or more then you consider it, if they dont be prepared not to sell.

If you have to sell, then you have to be prepared for a low price.

Did you sell on empire flippers before? I looked at some of their websites sold for that range and my numbers look similar.

I have bought and sold businesses and websites yes, but not through empire flippers,

That is a bit like asking me which real estate agent did i use. It doesnt really matter, it is all about your desperation to sell and the buyers desperation to buy, that is what will determine any price actually paid. A good agent can find you many desperate buyers, but that is rare.

For example the last one i purchased the seller wanted 125,000 but i was the only credible buyer with cash, so i paid 95,000 and that was through an agent.
