Hello, is anyone else being scammed by accsmarket.com?

Before I open up a dispute I am just wondering, i bought a few hundred accounts and all of the accounts were banned on login and they are refusing to refund/credit and instead telling me to send screenshots of my proxies even when the accounts were banned before the purchase date and time which is shown in the account emails

they also do not understand the difference between a captchya and captchya which is the 3 part process of a ban, They seem to think its the same thing, solve the captcha and access the account when in actuality its a capthcya, PV, selfie, legal document and then possibly get the account back

Yeah they did go rogue sometime back but should be good, they have an account on BHW if not mistaken.

Never heard of "capthcya" before till now, thought it's just captcha.

it is the same thing, captcha and captchya some people just call it different things on different websites. The difference is just the stages in account recovery

they will find reasons not to refund you and ask you for so many things just to make you give up
I also lost a substantial amount with them
When I buy from there I usually never buy the cheapest options because I know the provider might resell the accounts in the future or just pull the access from them

this is so true

they are asking me like 20 questions which makes no sense. The accounts are trash and they were already banned before i even logged in
 
It's quite unfortunate they did start proper before going all rogue wonder, aside blacklisting on BHW isn't there a way to report a website or get it to go offline?
 
ALWAYS, but ALWAYS ask for trial if possible, or buy the min quantity available before you commit a bigger sum.

Here on BHW are lots of good reliable sellers that can be disputed if they fail to deliver, or they don't deliver quality products/services!

I’ve seen similar complaints. If the accounts were already locked before delivery time, that’s on the seller, not your setup. Asking for proxy screenshots in that case feels like stalling. I’d document timestamps, emails, and locks clearly and open the dispute. If multiple buyers report the same pattern, that usually says enough.
 
yea and on most of their accounts, they relogin and change the password weeks after. they're blatant scammers.
 
If the accounts were already banned before delivery, the proxy argument doesn’t really make sense. I’d keep all the evidence ready and push for a proper review or escalation.

Totally agree issue is marketplace on BHW isn't simple or sorted for many people.

Else that's the best reliable way to go about it for sure.
 
Yeah you gotta start with a 5 account purchase then go from there

Yes, they are working to marketplace 2 so maybe will be easier to filter, but aside that, it's safer to go with providers there. There are scamming hapening as well but usually, but objectivelly there are far more good suppliers than bad actors so totally recommended.
