Accounts with livestream activated?

Hello BHW! Can someone tell me if somebody or some panel sell youtube accounts with livestream activated ? Really, i don't want to wait 24+ hours for livestream to be activated, is more easy for me if i can buy them in that way. Reply if someone know and want to help me. Thank you!

you need to contact YT account sellers on the BHW marketplace and ask them if they can do that for you, i guess they can but they will need to do an extra PVA for the livestream activation
