Accounts disabled after phone verification

Has anyone encountered this kind of problem? I have seen some threads here but most of them are using online services for phone numbers. I got 5 disabled accounts and all of them got disabled after i verified the account with my personal sim cards(0 Instagram accounts registered on those numbers). 3 of them were disabled after i started following the next day after unfollowing and 2 of them I can't figure them out. I am not using aggresive settings(400 max followings and 100-200 max likes). Any information about this ?

What were the age of the accounts, were you using proxies?
If the accounts were fresh these are too aggressive settings.
 
using proxies, new accounts, warmed them up for one - two weeks, 300-700 followers
 
Sounds pretty aggressive for new accounts. I would start with max 50 follows and 80 likes at the beginning adding 20-30 each day. till max 400 follows and like 600-700 likes.
 
That's the way i did it. Increasing 30 each day. Maybe 400 is still too high for new account. What do you suggest about unfollowing ?

I had the same problem with serbian sim cards. just saying because of your name. Cisto da znas ako koristis.
 
Either your proxies or your phone number were flagged. Under those circumstances your accounts get banned right after verification.
 
I've seen that sometimes I get banned and re-verify with different sim cards and get them back, has anyone else seen this?

Also I'm finding that recently I'm having to be much more careful warming up accounts than I did previously so that likely is too agressive, yes. Are you using FL, MP or doing it manually?
 
It is possible that the proxies you are using might be flagged. And also, I have noticed that liking results in more ban than just follow for new accounts. So, don't follow and like just 'follow'.
What are you using MP or FL? It might also be due to the fact that Massplanner uses InstaAPI to pull requests, so it might trigger insta system about your accounts. Use bots which do not use InstaAPI to pull requests, this will slow down the ban.
 
Thanks for all the replies. I am using MassPlanner and I think that the problem is going too fast. I am doing follow and liking 0-3 pictures. The problem might be that the accounts are quite new and can't handle more than 300 followings daily. All the other accounts doing less than that are not banned yet.
 
I have been having the same problem as of a few days ago and been using uk sim cards and proxies are various euro countries. 1st time its happened to me and cant seem to figure out why. :(
 
Had the same problem,
I think it might be proxy fault
