Account Upgrades Help

I'm trying to Upgrade my account to Jr Vip, When I try to pay with PayPal it asking credit or debit card but I have none of them, Can I pay with my wallet balance ??

You can Try manual method.
I had same issue very recently and I contacted support, they gave me BHW official Payment ID where I sent $97 and shortly after they updated my account to Jr VIP.

Note: This is manual method, it can take couple of days maybe but if automatic payment doesn't work for you then at least this option is available.

Looks like if you don't have a card, you can't make purchases, although I could've sworn verified accounts could make purchases without a card.

If you can't use PayPal, you can always try to use Stripe since that's another payment option on BHW. If you can't do that, you can submit a support ticket at support.blackhatworld.com and request a manual payment, although if you can, please try to work with the account upgrades page first. If you submit a manual payment, know that a subscription won't be set up. In other words, it's easier for everyone if you can just use the account upgrades page.
