No I haven't tried. I'm thinking of buying a aged instagram from here and signing up with a aged email address. I don't know if that will work since I was suspended the first time.

Find a reputable supplier to have a strong account, then change it to your email for easy management.

If you are already using clean proxies, try a different proxy provider and check the results.
I looked up on blackhat and some people said that it better to create your own instagram account instead of buying a aged one since it will die eventually since the aged account is all of the sudden is getting posts and comments etc..
I only have one Instagram account on my S24 I didn't use a proxy just my wifi and mobile data. Judging from their response should I buy a aged instagram?
