Account suspended using new phone

I used to have specturm internet and during that time I made 4 accounts and eventually I didn't get any views on my Note 9. I had my two accounts so it was 6 accounts in one device I then deleted those 4 accounts
and only kept my personal and my other account. I had my phone rooted and I had a custom ROM and I then decided to make a new account using the custom ROM the account was suspended so I eventually I stopped.

I then got frontier internet a few months ago and I never made a instagram account on my Note 9 I already had my 2 accounts on my Note 9 they were already signed in when my phone connected to frontier wifi internet, and I got a new phone the Samsung Galaxy 24 ultra a few weeks ago I made a new Gmail account and yesterday I made a new account on instagram I used my new gmail to sign up and and the account was suspended.

I don't know why I got suspended I have a new phone I never made a account on the 24 ultra I used frontier wifi so sign up I even got US mobile for my phone plan. I got a appeal button on instagram and I was asked to record a selfie to verify it was me and I couldn't even start the process due to the app saying I had wifi connection issues even though my connection was fine?

This is cancer. Root is ok, custom ROM is cancer. It detects is from a mile away and bans everything runs on it so avoid creating/managing accounts on custom ROM phones. As I've said, rooted is fine.

This. There is a theory that they verify the email account age, the newer the account is the less success score you have in using it to create an IG account

Do I sign up with another gmail account that I have I was looking through and found I have one that I made in Sep, 2023? Won't instagram know I'm the same person trying to make a new account on the S24 ultra and do I use my wifi?

You can wait a few days till you try again, and I recommend you uninstall IG in the meantime. Use mobile proxy or mobile data to create accs, wifi may be good, but if you had 1 acc banned, it might not be good to do it again.

I'm planning on using mobile data to make a new account using the gmail account that I made in Sep, 2023 is that a good idea will instagram know it's me or should I wait a few days?

What about OSes like GrapheneOS and ClayxOS? Would it fail on those too?

Yeah, those too. It just doesn't matter, if it's custom, they know it's not stock, it doesn't matter which custom it is.

Can't recommend anyone, I'm using my own but yeah, you can try marketplace and ask for trials. I can't stress that enough

Its been a week and should I sign up using mobile data instead of using wifi?

You went through a lot of trouble. Maybe it would be easier for you if you bought a ready made account and use that account; instead of creating new ones yourself.

Do it around 7 days, profile it, add 2-3 posts, watch stories, save some posts, comment on people posts etc. Stay away from likes and follows in the first days, maybe up to 5 follows per day and 5 likes

I've been busy and I haven't been on Instagran I did view some reels and followed some people while on mobile data. I just left the account sitting there. Until last week I was posting reels.

I decided to use WIFI instead and I started reposting videos from TikTok each time I would download a video I would delete the metadata with adarsus.com. I would use capcut mobile to edit the videos. I have 17 posts the views are 0, 21, 9, 30, 5, 123, 6, 108, 27, 171, 253, 214, 157, 247, 168, 156, 44 views.

Is my account shadow banned or something, I seen a lot of crazy videos that get thousands or millions of views on the explore page. Is it because when I made the account I got suspended and I made a new account using mobile data and then used WIFI? I even followed 20 people on my niche a couple of days ago and few days later followed other accounts in total I have 39 following and only 3 followers.

My other question if I buy a aged instagram account from here on marketplace and use a aged Gmail account to replace the one the account comes with via wifi will it be the same thing?
I also brought a new phone the Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 5G and will come in a few days. Should I sign up using a aged gmail account when signing to instagram using wifi or should I buy a aged instagram from marketplace and use that?

No, that's not the issue unless there are other people abusing that wifi on Instagram. The issue was using same device for creation, you should use a diff device or factory reset that one.

Use a phone numver if possible for creation, then you can add a gmail and delete the phone number after the creation.

Have you tried again and what was the result? My account is having the same issue and I would like to know if your solution worked. If it doesn’t work I will probably create another account and be more compliant.
 
Your suspension stems from a lingering “risk profile” related to your Note 9’s ingrained past and multi-account frenzy, not your new setup.
 
If you do decide to make accounts, you can use certain applications that can spoof the fingerprints from previous accounts, so that you can create more without any getting suspended. Take a look at more threads here, you will find more on account creation.

I'm using the S24 ultra it's not rooted or anything. I'm not using the Note 9 anymore. I only have one Instagram account on my S24 I haven't made any more accounts on the phone. I think I'm getting low views is because I made a fresh gmail account on November 2024 for my dropshipping business and the account was suspended.

If I were to buy a aged instagram account from here and delete the instagram app and sign up with a aged gmail account will it still be the same with low views or not?
