Is there a way to get my Instagram account to stop showing me Russian ads, and emailing me in Russian? I am located in the US and the IPS and cellular networks it runs off of are in the US. I bought this account purely for the name some time back, so I'm sure when it was set up, it was set up in Russia. Who knows.
