This happens quite often on Facebook Ads Manager. Sometimes the system temporarily lowers limits after a risk review, and they increase again once spending stays stable.
Account limit has been reduced.

It's quite normal that when your budget decreases, your account limit will decrease, but it will increase again when you spend more.

Accounts that are regularly scanned or show signs of unusual activity will also lead to a sudden reduction in spending limits. Personally, I would offer a few suggestions to improve this you should slow down account maintenance, pay small bills on time to rebuild trust. Additionally, you should limit making large budget or audience changes in a short period of time.
That's very wasteful, and those are all accounts that are spending quite well.

Frequent edits may be the cause. Constant campaigning sometimes signals instability in the system, maybe u should try to spend stable until the limit is allowed to increase again.

Try this: Keep the ad going, meanwhile:
Pay small amount instead of the whole threshold.
Lower the limit yourself and let it increase by itself (will increase quite fast)
