The reason is that Facebook requires verification of real users. Please record a selfie and upload it so Facebook can remove the restrictions on your account.

Facebook just wants to verify you’re legit, not a bot. Do the video thing and you’ll get back in. Best of luck!

If it’s your first time, doing the video verification is your best shot. Just follow Facebook’s instructions carefully and show your face clearly.

Video verification is a "golden opportunity" and almost the only way to recover your account after being suspended by Facebook for the first time. Ignoring this request means you risk permanent account suspension and losing all your important data. To protect your account, you absolutely should not skip this identity verification step; if you feel confused about the recording or appeal process, seek assistance from experienced people to ensure you do it correctly the first time.

Currently, verifying accounts via video is very hit or miss.

Just follow the instructions, video verification is Facebook's most basic method of verifying a person's identity. As long as you can clearly film your face and the lighting is good, the chances of success are very high. Don't worry too much.

If you have never done this before its going to work, that may be because there is an account linked to yours that was pulled down. If this is your first time and video verification is required, do it, but don't rush.
Make sure your personal information, login environment, and recent behavior are consistent before proceeding.

You can appeal your ad account, and this type of video is usually very easy to get approved.
