Account got suspended

a suspension normally means something triggered a policy flag, so appealing or starting fresh are your only real options.

My facebook account got suspended recently without any warning notification or reasoning. there is option for apeal and they are asking for video verification. should i try to do that? I am facing this kind of issue first time so need some help here
Should you verify your identity using a selfie video? YES – and this is almost the ONLY effective method currently available if Facebook has made that option available to you.

Your Facebook profile is experiencing an anomaly. You can try clearing your cache and setting a new IP address; verification and future activity should then be smoother.

Yes, you should do the video verification, as it’s the standard way Facebook reviews suspended accounts. Make sure the video is clear and accurate, then wait for the appeal result since it’s your best chance to recover the account.

I have applied, they asked for selfie verification, phone number verification and asked for my ID card. Let's hope for the best now.

I will update you all here soon

for this type of suspension recently meta is quite easy, you can make a video recording for meta to review, your account will return to normal

Definitely do the appeal, but make sure you record the video in a room with bright, natural lighting and a plain background so the AI can scan your face clearly on the first try.

If Facebook requests it, submitting an appeal and completing video verification is essential. This is often the primary method to confirm your identity and restore access, especially when notifications aren’t very clear. Following the official verification process helps reduce the risk of permanent restrictions and loss of account access.

the appeal has been rejected and now only one try is left, they mentioned that the info doesn't matched to the Facebook's info.

what should i do now? need some advice from experienced!

If that account uses your personal information, please follow Meta's instructions. I believe it will be reopened quickly.

If the video appeal doesn't help, then there's no chance
should i say good bye to my account?

I think, I used my family member's information but how can i make sure that i have to show this one's ID card? (i may sound fool but i need guide, I am totally noob in FB terms).

I have 1 try left now and they have rejected once that the information doesn't match. The question is that: Can I see some of persnol information while having a suspended account because i want to make sure which one ID card has to be shown this time.

unfortunately the appeal forms don’t always work for reactivation, but keep appealing and follow their instructions. It’s basically your only option.

Video appeals haven't been very effective, switch to image based appeals, as this will increase the chances of your account being unlocked

If Facebook is giving you the option to appeal and asking for video verification, I'd say go for it. That's usually just their way of checking that there's a real person behind the account. If your info is legit, a lot of people do get their accounts back after doing it.
Just follow the steps carefully and try not to submit multiple appeals. After that, it's mostly a waiting game. Since this is your first time dealing with this, you're not doing anything wrong.

You should still submit the appeal, but when recording the verification video, make sure you’re in a well-lit environment with a simple background. Clear lighting and visibility usually help the system review the video more smoothly on the first attempt.

You can absolutely appeal to Facebook, or contact staff immediately for quick assistance. If the account is important to you and is a legitimate account, perform video verification — this is often the only way Meta can restore suspended accounts. Just make sure you're using your usual device, IP address, and location, not using a VPN/proxy, and that your profile information is consistent.

Appeal forms don’t always guarantee reactivation, but it’s worth submitting them and following the instructions carefully — it’s essentially your main option.
