for this type of suspension recently meta is quite easy, you can make a video recording for meta to review, your account will return to normal

should i say good bye to my account?
I think, I used my family member's information but how can i make sure that i have to show this one's ID card? (i may sound fool but i need guide, I am totally noob in FB terms).
I have 1 try left now and they have rejected once that the information doesn't match. The question is that: Can I see some of persnol information while having a suspended account because i want to make sure which one ID card has to be shown this time.

Video appeals haven't been very effective, switch to image based appeals, as this will increase the chances of your account being unlocked

If Facebook is giving you the option to appeal and asking for video verification, I'd say go for it. That's usually just their way of checking that there's a real person behind the account. If your info is legit, a lot of people do get their accounts back after doing it.
Just follow the steps carefully and try not to submit multiple appeals. After that, it's mostly a waiting game. Since this is your first time dealing with this, you're not doing anything wrong.
