Try these for Facebook ad issues:

Verify: Check that your account wasn't banned. Facebook Advertising Management's "Account Quality" includes this.
Pay. Debt or obsolete payment information may cause complications. Check debt and payments.
Advertisements: Respect Facebook's advertising guidelines. Facebook's policies may suspend your account.
Contact Facebook if issues persist. Click "Get Help" in the Facebook Advertising Help Center.
Consult a Facebook advertisements specialist. If you can't, a Facebook ads expert can help.

First of all, I see you have a very similar situation to me 1 month ago.
I changed the IP address of the management profile to some other country. and i usually use a verified profile with facebook
 
Your campaign has probably been touched by Facebook. My accounts are fine now
 
check weather your ip is whitelisted or blackk ?
 
You can check your advertising industry and appeal it, FB will probably return your account.
 
Facebook just went through an account check, and the account may have died for that reason, but you can appeal, the account will be active again.
 
Can you tell me more about the types of accounts that you used recently?
