Recently my facebook ad account died a lot while I was not using it.
Can anyone help me?

If your Facebook ad account has experienced a significant drop in performance while you were not using it, there are a few things you can try to help improve its performance:

  1. Review your ad account history: Look back through your ad account history to see if any recent changes may have contributed to the drop in performance. For example, did you make any changes to your targeting, bidding, or creative? Identifying what changed can help you make better decisions moving forward.
  2. Check your ad performance: Review your ad performance to see if your ads are delivering as expected. If your ads are not delivering, it could be due to targeting issues, low budget, or issues with the creative.
  3. Verify your payment method: Make sure that your payment method is up to date and that there are no issues with payment processing. This can sometimes be a reason why ads may not deliver or account access is restricted.
  4. Contact Facebook support: If you're still experiencing issues, you can contact Facebook support for additional assistance. From the Facebook Ads Help Center, click on the "Get Help" button and follow the prompts to contact support.
  5. Consider running a new campaign: If your account is still experiencing issues, it may be worth trying a new campaign with different targeting, bidding, or creative. This can help you identify any issues with the account or ad performance and help you improve your overall results.
Overall, it's important to regularly monitor your Facebook ad account and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance. If you're still experiencing issues, don't hesitate to reach out to Facebook support for help.
