Facebook sometimes suspends accounts without any reason. You can appeal and hope it will be reactivated. If you want to be a FB advertising expert, you should prepare multiple accounts. So that when one account is suspended, you can still continue your work.
 
If you are sure that you have not violated any policy, then appeal. Please check again because when Facebook bans it, it will tell you the reason.

In the past 2-3 days, FB has been having a big storm. Your account may have been scanned due to IP address or some abnormalities on the account. Please appeal, upload photos as requested by FB and wait.

You can appeal if you believe your campaign does not violate Fb's policies, not knowing what product you are running
 
There is a request review button on your account. If you're sure that no policy is violate, it will comeback in few hours

Sometimes there will be times when meta re-scans active ads, or maybe your account affected by BM shows signs of violations by other accounts.
 
yeah, you need a strong back up structure. Some people even pay $1500-2000 to unban ad accounts. But usually, you can just grab another one
 
Use an old account with a spending history.
