My Facebook Ads account was suddenly disabled for no apparent reason. I followed all policies and did not violate any rules. What should I do to appeal and get my account back as soon as possible?

Yes you can appeal if you have not violated anything.
 
Facebook will typically send you a notice about the account being disabled and the reason for it. Provide details about why you believe the account was incorrectly disabled. Avoid sending multiple appeal requests in quick succession, as this can be counterproductive.

What product are you advertising? If you are advertising a clean product, you can contact Facebook support to appeal.

You can appeal in the review request section on your account. Or contact support for the fastest recovery.
 
If you're sure you didn't violate any Facebook policies, you can file an appeal to get your account back.

You should have a backup account or hire a reputable agent.

meta scan a lot recently, they scan for many reasons, even if your ad is normal but BM creates your account with bad signs by other accounts, your account is also affected

meta is scanning a lot there are a lot of reasons to disable your account the only way to live in this situation is you should have more accounts as backup
 
At the moment, everything is difficult, prepare more backup accounts and create campaigns with small budgets to maintain, when the main account is banned, you can use it to change
 
I could think of a false positive ban, usually you receive a email with the reason about your ban and somedetails about the appeal or you can contact them separetely so they can provide you more info.
