Account Dead or is there Hope?

Hey, I have an very old Account with 115K Followers, most build through Shorts (with my actual face) but the longform Videos never got real traction.
From 30 Longform videos most are sitting at 50-200 Views, basically nothing.
A handful got 2-5K Views.,

Is my account basically dead for longform, cause the audience was initially build around shorts?

Or you believe I should push longform until the algo starts to show it to people?
My issue is also, that I dont get impressions on longform, CTR is 3-7% depends on the video, but the amount of impressions is just not enough to get real view numbers out of it.

Account is also in YPP but yea, only the shorts are working...

Everything is UGC content, no AI or repurpose or other stuff.

shorts viewers don’t always translate into longform viewers the channel probably isn’t dead, but longform needs its own audience to build momentum

Usually, the only real way i heard that make shorts users turns into longform videos are when the shorts are clips from the long videos. But if you built your account around shorts, it might be easier to just try a new account with those longform videos.
