Account added payment card but failed!!! Can someone help me?

I think there is no other way but to wait. You have contacted the team, they are probably working on the issue. Wait 2-3 days and see the result.

Please use another account to add a payment method! If it still doesn't work, please contact support to add a card.

Your account is held, you should find a unit that supports fixing the hold
 
Please try changing to a new card, and use a new profile. If that doesn't work, contact support
 
Have you contacted the fb TEAM, maybe they are working on this issue. Wait 2-3 days and see the results. In the meantime, try using another account to add a payment method
 
Kindly wait for approximately 2 - 3 days for Facebook’s response. In the meantime, u can use an alternative account
 
Please check the card information you entered, try adding another card, contact your bank to make sure your card has no restrictions, clear your browser's cache and cookies. If it still doesn't work, it's best to contact Contact an expert for support

Currently, some accounts are having problems adding cards. You should try using another account.

First check the card, if the card can still be added to another account, then check the account again. If you cannot add another payment card to your account, try changing your account via email or account

This method used to work quite well, but now it can't be used anymore. Do you have any new ways to fix it?
 
Try sharing this account to another profile, then continue adding tags on the new profile. I fixed that error this way
 
I sometimes have the same situation like you. What I do is waiting till FB allows me to add. The longest time I wait is about 1-2 days
 
If you have tried everything and still can't get it working, you can contact Meta support team, they will provide you with a link to help fix the current payment error.
 
I shared the account to a new profile and used another card to add from that new profile. You can try it
 
Facebook support team told me to wait but it seems the error is from Admin profile, I replaced 10 profile and was able to pay it
