mate in my experience and everything simple no. hope data center will work for you but in my side lots of time am testing it best wishes for you.

Many times i opened my accounts with HMA vpn active on some unrelated country and nothing happened, but i know it's not exactly answering your question tho.

Since you have 100+ accounts just try on one ;)

Once a Google Ads account has a campaign live, then yes, it is safe to operate such a Google Ads account using datacenter IPs (proxies) of the same country. Preferably do it so in the same browser profile in which the Google Ads account was created, so that the cookies, etc remain.

Using datacenter for management is fine. If you're going to manage a lot of accounts with datacenter IP just make sure the proxies you get are non-sequential. Other than that it should work no issues.

Yes, it is safe. Just keep all backup details with in case it requires it.

Data center proxy is not good for google ads. Just don't use it for google ads, You account could be blocked. Use 4G or residential proxy.

It's okay if they are from different subnets, then should be more or less fine, but 4g or residential ones are much better of course

Are you using a multi-login browser? Are you using VCC's? If yes which ones are you using?
