AC, vpns proxies and paypal!

Hi guys, first off I apologize if this has been answered before I have searched and searched and have asked questions in other threads which are yet to be answered. I was wondering if anyone could kindly advise , I've added the maximum number of email accounts to my paypal account and confirmed all the addresses. I am not a US citizen so I've downloaded USAIP to hide my ip while I set up 8 AC accounts for this paypal and another 8 for another paypal. Can anyone advise on this software, I tried it and it was ok but it seems limited in proxies generally only having 4 US addresses to chose from. Now what I really need to know is when I add the paypal addresses to the AC accounts and confirm the addresses by logging into my paypal do I or do I not use the ip changer when verifying the addresses? I have an .au paypal and am thinking this could be a problem to access it from this many international ips at a time? Again I am so sorry if this has been answered or isn't clear in anyway it's 5:30am here and I've been working hard to get my im up and running. Also I'd like to invest in some vpns if anyone cares to recommend any good paid ones or free too in the meantime that will be excellent.I tried Gpass and it didn't work. Thank you all in advance

Ok listen up...adding more email to paypal account DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE.
You need to use ONE ip per ONE paypal account per ONE AC account.
Linking .au paypal with ac shouldn't cause you any problems.

Thanks, appreciate the tip. I've read others are still using the multiple email address method? not sure how its working for them. So I guess the other option is to purchase verified paypal accs here or to verify some US accounts with vccs. Really appreciate you answering minute,Thanks again

Still wondering how non US users confirm their email addresses by logging into their paypal with a proxy thats set for the US. I'm thinking that would get your paypal limited for 3rd party interference? anyone? thanks

Dont try to verify us account with vcc it will be a fail. Just use US proxy with non-us paypal. In eyes of the paypal, you are actually behaving good, since they are trying to avoid people from creating US accs, and if you are actually accessing pp from us, but create other countries pp, they see it is a honest move.
And don't use some shitass proxy, buy an exclusive private one or vpn service.
