Absolutely INSANE!

this guy is crazy " there is a program on discovery channel" where he actually started eating a live snake in jungle.Because he was hungry. he even slit a frogs neck to eat It. Balls man Big balls lol!..

Yeah it was him all by himself in jungle.

this is fake , search on youtube 'bear grylls fake' an you will find a lot of videos

Here's what I think happened.
He did climb the whole thing himself, but so did the cameraman, so it's not too impressive.
When he threw the chain up there, some crewmembers were already on the top to secure it safely on the third try.

The trainpart was planned and the train wasn't in the tunnel when they were, after they had run out of the tunnel, the train started passing through and he stood in near the exit until the train was close, at which point he jumped out, then they edited it so that it looked real.

The cameraman wouldn't have been able to jump onto the train, so the it probably stopped for him to get on before Bear did it.

One thing i found hilarious is that he climbed the bridge... when he could have climbed the hill instead! But that wouldnt be very entertaining would it now -_-

Being mildly adept at wilderness survival myself, i've got to say Bear does some of the stupidest things from a survival point of view I've ever seen.

Still like to watch him though 'cause he's real entertaining, and I do learn, even if it's from his mistakes, lol.

lol! its all fake but entertaining

Grylls apologises for 'fake' show

very educational stuff
things I learned from this video:
1. always carry a 30 pound chain wherever you go, just tie it in a knot and it can securely latch on to almost anything.
2. climbing on railroad bridges will ruin your hands so you might have trouble swinging a chain but they'll still be strong enough to climb the chain afterwards. but you should always complain about it, it makes you look tough.
3. the key to survival is going through the tunnel even though you know it would be easier and quicker to go over it.
4. you can't judge the speed of an incoming train which is a shame since trains always maintain speed even if there's some idiot on the tracks. just in case you carry a speedometer with you, be sure to use it and decide if you have the time to casually waltz out of there or just leave a message for your loved ones
5. [edit] Bear Grylls [edit] does in fact have [edit] balls [edit] of steel [edit]

look for 'Travis Pastrana Skydive With No Parachute' in youtube

(i can not post linkk)

incredible !!!

I'm more impressed with the camera guy to be honest.

As a cameraman I totally agree!!

He shadowed him up the trestle, running on the tracks AND climbing the train. All the while framing the shot!

No, it wasn't fake, just some creative editing - especially when he jumped out of the tunnel.

Agree this Bear guy does the stupidest stunts and his show is more like how to kill yourself really quickly when you're stuck in the wild! Les Stroud from Survivorman offered more practical advice plus he didn't have a camera crew to bail his sorry ass out!

The camera man looks like the real hero in these shows, not Bear...
