What you mean here, other ad networks you can advertise in? Tik tok, Google Ads, native ads..

Could be used on all ecommerce platforms and any paid subscription platform
And could be marketed on Instagram, Twitter and Search engines

Think about who your audience is and where they are hanging out.

Forums like bhw or other very niche related blogs or sites would be a good source if you want to sell VCCs for people who need them to create there own ads for example.

Just wanted to say that as it sounds easy but maybe gives you another point of view.

Virtual credit cards can be used on all the platforms where other credit/debit cards are used. But I have not seen anyone advertising this service on facebook. It is usually advertised on platforms like BHW etc.

There are some regulations on ad platforms, like you cannot just advertise financial service without proper documents attached
You can use all the marketing toolset for vcc service, you just need to define what performs best
