About To Train Few People Regarding IM

I do a bit of both. My course is broken into a number of modules (keyword research, building the site, SEO, etc.). Each module consists of maybe 5-15 videos (I keep them fairly short). At the end of each module there is an assignment (this is a college course, but you should probably give your students assignments also as it will get them to take action). I have a forum where students can ask questions and also hold a number of GotoWebinar sessions. In those sessions I hotseat the students, give them feedback, and answer questions live.
