I'm talking this little red bubble on the bell

I found myself going on BHW just to look if I got any, almost mechanically, this thing really trigger my dopamine. Just like some people would unconsciously open Instagram secretly hoping for notifications. Need to get some BHW dopamine detox now lol.

I'm still pretty new to this forum, I started interacting with the community around October/November 2020. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful I did, thanks to you guys I got started with my niche site (almost 200 articles in), currently have a journey about this here

Anyway, just wanted to get your opinion on this BHW notification thing, really similar to Instagram notification dopamine effect imo
