Hi everyone,

Until now, I haven't had any experience in the field of real estate sales. However, I have recently been contacted by several property owners who are seeking my assistance in selling their properties.

Based on a quick analysis I conducted, it seems that utilizing SEO may not be feasible due to the intense competition in the market.

My goal is to achieve a quick sale. Could anyone provide some tips for those experienced in the niche of real estate selling? One idea I have at the moment is to use Google Ads. I would appreciate any input on optimizing real estate selling through Google Ads.

Competition in this field is fierce no matter what you chose to do.
I am not a specialist but maybe Fb could be a better place to target your audience.
 
you can start in real estate with zero dollars

you hire 40 to 50 construction workers that you pay after the project is sold

let's start explaining:

decide what type of building you`re going to build

from 10 plex to 20 plex building
hire an architect, make a deal to pay later
with the architect building plans and 3D renders, (created by software through the architect) you can sell before you build
choose the land the terrain
find and hire 40 construction workers, they get paid after the building sells. otherwise, don't hire them
now sell by showing plans and renders
sell the whole thing 100% of the building, it wasn't built yet, those who paid must wait 1 to 2 years
pay the architect, pay all the workers, pay for the terrain
start building (notice you start building after it sells 100%)
wait 1 or 2 years until it`s finished
you made millions before you even built it

it`s zero dollars

What was the reason why they contacted you even when you had no experience? This can be some type of trap.

Quite possibly the most unrealistic opportunity I have e er seen on BHW as well as anywhere else.

you must force it; you must be someone powerful and convincing and influential. If you aren't you could just hire someone, that is. it`s to survive and succeed that`s why it sounds extreme

like an emergency where someone has to risk their life to win

I'm stunned with some people approaches in this forum, 4real.

Even today, I've almost a decade in this field, had a argument with a member on a thread who thought this is the most easiest stuff to do like LMAO.

People are like "Oh yeah make some publicity and start" I just laugh at those threads, how can people be think they an succeed in those markets being so mediocre.

It's a competitive market, it's saturated but it's still possible with the right approach, the hard thing is the time, experience through trial and error people need to understand what the right approach is.
Once people understand it, people can be fruitfull in almost any niche.

SEO plus real estate few people are doing correctly . There is still lot of untapped niches in this market.

There's lots of reason and it's not trap....but short story is I created lots of real estate agent business profile (personal or company gmb) WITHIN marketing office of the estate ...

so let say Beverly hills estate has marketing office, I created new gmb profile within that office ...people seems get confused ...and they message me instead , I get roughly 10 to 12 owner who want to sell their property each month

I'm thinking to find them buyer as soon as possible and aim for 3% of commission...maybe via AdWords or something like that
 
Both Facebook and google ads works best for real estate if you know how to do your marketing right. I have been running ads for myself, my team and for direct developers for 10 years now.

The only method that have not failed me.

SEO is too slow, unless you have a huge website which already covers multiple blind spots in your niche which is not easy since our projects and listings are ever changing.

If not, it’s really all about networking with other realtors for cobroke.

Thanks for sharing your insights! I am planning to create a rental listing website targeting an ethnic group in North America. I know quite a lot of real estate agents. It seems to me that many of them are too busy and/or lazy to improve their websites. Or they just found online leads are mostly of low quality.

After conducting some marketing research, it also seems to me that SEO is very difficult in this niche since many top ranking sites are well-established with great backlink profiles. As you mentioned, PPC seems more effective. Anyway, I am not sure this small project of mine will work. I hope it will.
 
You people are so wrong with the approach you will do at the market.

You realize that just for getting permissions to build something you need to pay to the local government.
Also, Land, Construction material etc etc

And ... 40 Construction workers working without getting paid...
Wonder why don't they all start their own zero dollar buildings.
