I want to write 10 blog posts for my ranking page and add internal links to the ranking page in the article;
Is it recommended to add only one internal link to the article to ensure maximum relevance?

You can all interlink them
For example A->C, E->B,C->E

Yes you can interlink your blog post this helps reader to read more about your blog, decrease bounce rate. Interlink only relevant post and have anchor text relevancy.

It's not about count, relevancy speaks. Still IMO you can add 2 to 3 internal links for 750 words articles.

You can internlink generally I prefer 2 internal links per 500 words but see how your competitors are doing too you’ll get a fair idea

Not only one if the posts are relevant then you can give more than once. But keep in mind it is only related internal links are good for your blog.

You can interlink your blogs but it should be related interlinks..
