i know some stuff do this, he is getting a lot of 2L and verified twitter through twitter support.

Let me know if this works for you. i've looked into this but since i have no actual website with username i want, i'm not too sure of my fate ya know

I guess, he created a domain containing target id. and may twitter changed to his email address. do you have idea about this?
