On the top of the new console, there is a search option which says "Inspect any url in https://example.com"
Just paste the post URL which you want to index and press enter. On the next page, you'll see option to REQUEST INDEXING.

But no fetching/render option there only for indexing as it used to be for internal links as well.

What do you mean by remove URL? Do you want noindex or delete the page associated with url?

Exactly... The old version was very interesting & easy to use but this new version of Google Search Console is a little hard to use but there are almost options so you can find those option in setting & for the fetch option.
There is a Fetch option in setting.

New option is easy to use once you work around it may be for 4/5 hours. And your required option is in settings.
