I'm not sure if people have shared info about this platform previously on this forum.
icopify.co is a solid service through which you can buy backlinks in bulk for your SEO project. If you are a publisher you can also advertise your websites and decide on your own prices as well.
I've been using it for a good 6 months now. Now, I won't be saying that their backlinks have helped me drastically in my SEO efforts, but they help me shave time off mundane link-building work.

One word of advice, the monthly traffic, Ahrefs DR, and Moz DA provided by the publishers are mostly wrong. Let's a website says they have like 1mil traffic as per ahrefs, but when you actually check it on Ahrefs, you'll see that the actual number would be around 600k. So yeah, keep that in mind.
