About Google Adsense

Hello guys so i bought a google adsense account from a guy he sent me the email and password to log in . the question i have is now that i bought can i change the email and the password or will it get me banned one more thing i already sign up for an adsense account with my email but they didn't respond that's why i choose to buy one can i use this email on this new account or should i create a new one ? any advice on how to not get banned ?

i don't think you can change the email address. it's for life. the password, you can of course

you can change the email, add an new gmail account make that primary contact then delete the old email

you also have to change the bank connection ....
