Hi! I noticed some offers selling Google my business setting services for a decent amount.

I would like to know why people need to buy such services, why can't they make it themselves?

I really would like to understand if there's a missing part I don't know about, thanks!

Might be they want to register a business that doesn't really exist, etc. Google is more strict now and will even ask for photos of business address verification and similar crap.

When I was verifying my business they send me a verification code by post to the business address and I had to input this code in my business profile, after i was adding like a 3rd company, they no longer asked for this. So it's clearly more simple to just buy this service.

Pros can optimize listings with the right keywords, categories, and nuances that make a business pop in local search. It's not just about being on the map; it's about outshining competitors.

Many buyers of GMB setting corrections services are those who have created the listing but are not getting satisfactory leads, direction requests, visits, or map rankings comparative to their competitors. So they want to know what they are doing wrong and as there is nothing to change in GMB accept of the given options in business settings, so they end up purchasing the GMB setting updating services. If they start getting leads after that then they are happy and otherwise they gradually loose their interest in GMB and start focusing on different things to improve their business.

any recommendation on someone who can make my (real estate) business pop.... I have a good business name, I website with a lot of content (granted not optimized because it's new) and just want to pop up first on everyone's search in my big region... let me know if you know of anyone

do you have a real physical business?

So yes and no... was in Los Angeles with a legit physical real estate office / real estate business location, left LA and moved to Michigan where I will be having a satellite location (working out of my home) to start off with.

you can contact biziq, they got a good reputation and affordable

Not all plumbers want to spend their time optimizing website stuff(GBP). Seriously though, clients time is better used somewhere else.
