OK, thank you. I'm ready to do it. I found that shortcuts like directly posting don't work, so I have to do it step by step. Because I sent a private message to the administrator, they treated me as if I didn't exist and ignored me. But the fact is, other people's posts are still being posted, and it seems that I am the only one being ignored...

Your posting needs to be approved by the group admin, contact them and discuss your topic

Some groups are highly moderated, requiring admin approval before posting. Unfortunately, if a group has too many posts and members, the admin may not see your post.
 
You can find public groups, groups where you can freely post without post moderation

Both my posts and comments are going into pending. How can I get out of this problem?

In some cases, even after my comments get approved, they are removed again after a short time, and my account ends up being suspended. This is happening even when I only comment on other members’ posts. I would like to know why this is happening and how I can resolve it.

You should look for groups that allow posts without prior approval. Posts with advertising or promotional intent are difficult to get approved in most groups.

Yeah, this is super common, especially if you joined a bunch of groups at once. A lot of groups auto-send new members (or anyone who looks “salesy”) into pending review, and the more groups you hit in a short time, the more your account looks like it’s doing mass promotion — even if your intent is normal.
 
Most groups manually approve posts. New members often stay pending longer. Stay active, engage normally first, and avoid promo links there’s no real way to force faster approval.
