I have 3 questions,
1. can i sell a free domain name ?
for example I have a domain at 000webhost.com, something like myname.site88.net can I sell it ?
2. where can I sell my domain ?

3. Where can I estimate my domain?
Actually I refer to sootle directory website worth...
for example if I have a domain wich sottle estimate to 1800$, how can I expect sell that domain?

As far as selling a free domain I don't think so, but you can sell a page or transfer ownership of free web pages like Squidoo lenses which is kinda the same thing. You can sell your domains on eBay, Sedo.com or in domain forums like Namepros. To get an estimate of your domain you must get it appraised. To get a good estimate, you will have to pay for it. You can try free appraisals, but they are not accurate. Many of these websites like Sedo also offer domain appraisal.

yeah don't pay much, if any, attention to free or even paid appraisals. honestly, domains go for what someone is willing to pay for it. as you may have heard before, "the beauty is in the eye of the beholder".

one day it may sell for $200 if the right person finds it at the right time, another day it may sell for $2. it depends what people need at that moment.

of course there's exceptions, like one-word dictionary domains, LLLL, etc.

I've found estibot gives the most accurate auto appraisal

tdnam is another place you can sell a domain

and DP, of course

If it is a name like myfansite.hoster.com it is not a true domain name, it is a sub domain name in the ownership of hoster.com (for this example). You can however sell your account name if it had value, but its not likely (selling accounts is most likely against TOS of you hosting co, but can still be done).

Those appraisal sites are all BS, post your name on one of the domain forums like dnf*orum.com and Nam*epros.com and ask for an appraisal by the users.
