You want to create Web 2.0 's without Footprint then use Proxy for each Web 2.0 creation and also use different email id's.

If you want to make 10 blogspot than definitely you need different email & proxies to avoid deletion
if you make 10 different web 2.0 on different sites like wordpress, tumblr, weebly, blogspot etc than no need different email & proxy.

You can make multiple blogspot blogs on one google account.
However for your purpose, I suggest you use a different email for each blog.
Also if you plan on registering multiple accounts on a short time span, use private proxies.

You need a separate email address and IP for each Web2.0 property made on the same platform (for example Blogspot). So for 10 Blogspot, Tumblr, Wordpress, etc you need 10 emails and 10 IPs in total. I suggest you mix up your web2.0 platforms and do different ones than just Blogspot.
