About BACKLINKS......what you can say!?ASAP

My QUESSTION IS:
I have several backlinks,right,let`s say on PR2 blog and PR3 forums.And I want to backlink with my site/or sites but someone say (not here in this forum!) to another forum one thing and I personaly don`t have a clue:"...I don`t want monthly backlink...".WHAT THAT MEANS?....or:"...cheap links on PR1 [NICHE] blog.....price is X USD/year" and so one!
Question is: What is the difference between an PR X backlink monthly and PR X backlink 12 months(year)?
And how to check if one backlink is monthly .....6 months or year availlability?

i think someone wants to sell him backlink on a monthly price.
TEXT links that will be live for "X" months -->that is the right point!That I mean!text link to other PR X OR Y OR Z sites , blogs or forums that will be live for "1 month" "6 months" or "12 months" and how to check how much they be live?

NO NO NO! I don`t have money to buy!I know NO moeny ...no funny!I know that is a monthly price for that kind but I don`t understand the idea: I post my backlink on blog or forum and afer one month ta-da!my backlink isn`t there!Why?Or...i post and after 6 months bye-bye!Why?That I don`t understand!
I guess I don't really get it either.. if a backlinking service is going to post links, the links are going to last however long they jolly well last. If it's an actual site or blog owner, and you are purchasing links, then it might be on a rental scale - x links for x months. I would read really well the service they are providing.. if all they are saying is "hey, here ya go --->>> 236 backlinks for 11 months only 304.32 bucks", I would find someone more clear about their services!
