About anchor text ratio

Hey guys,

As we know that google finds/crawls the web by pages and not by websites, is the anchor text ratio calculated per website or per page only?

It might sound like a weird question, but I'm never sure about that sorry if you find it stupid.

Tdlr: should I optimize my anchor text ratio when taking into consideration my whole website's anchors, or only the page itself.

The whole website, but still you should have used the right percentage of anchors in each article.

Google nowadays more sensitive about the anchor text. So you need to optimize the whole website.
