Ability to follow [functionality suggestion]

I know we can subscribe and follow the topic on particular threads, but is there a way to follow user's posts/threads? If the user was uncomfortable with a follower - they can always allow/disallow the follow.

Would this be worthwhile to explore or will it lead to too much stalking?

add them as a friend and their posts will show up in the activity feed in your profile
