Hey guys, I have been looking over the internet for a year now ,and still haven't found any solution and I'm really desperate so please if anyone can help me opening a bank account in the US for non residents any bank would offer this service for non US residents? anyone who had successfully opened a US bank account from abroad? anyone reliable and reputable who offer such a service? please help ,I'm really desperate

You may be able do it with Etrade but you have to call them up since they don't do online applications for non us residents/citizens. 1-800-387-2331

HSBC is another company that you could use

Did you try with Payoneer? I have both the US and Euro Card and get payments from Europe and US Clients - as if I am in US/EU. I have asked my clients how they make these payments to me - and they have told me that for them it is like a regular inland transaction

Does it work with US paypal account as well?
 
Payoneer is the best solution and it does work with US Paypal account. Rather than buying an account just apply on Payoneer then when you receive your card apply for there bank account service. After approval they will provide you with your bank account details and simply create a new Paypal account and add Payoneer bank account in it.

It is simply and commonly used method in countries where Paypal is not directly supported. Check out Google for further help
 
One more thing I would like to tell you is that you won't be able to deposit money. As Payoneer bank account can only be used to receive money. Do confirm it but that is what I know.

thanks for your reply , I have a question for you
since it's a virtual bank ,Could I receive wire transfers on my payoneer account? from banks based outside the US

Payoneer doesn't work with PayPal anymore, so you wont be able to withdraw the money from paypal nor verify the paypal with it.

I can get you the US Bank, can receive wire transfer, connect paypal, make deposits and make withdrawal..Its a real bank
