Crossposting and its value to us

Cross-posting is what we call reposting as an additional way to reach out to our internal audience that we already have within our account and to boost our old posts to new followers

If your account has a good posting history, remind your old fans of your cool posts from before. I do this at the beginning of posting, at least 10 crossposts daily.

Why do this?!

To increase the visibility of the content to our old followers. We will appear in their feeds more often than when we post to a subreddit.
Convenience for new subscribers: new followers may not see old posts. Cross-posting will allow them to read your content that they missed out on
Increase karma effortlessly
Also crossposting to subreddits where allowed can give you additional reach

Excessive crossposting is not recommended for new accounts.

both options, but not all subreddits allow it

My accounts got banned immediately when I tried doing this. Reddit is nuts now, not worth it.

Cross-posting is good, but it is a numbers game to get some that don´t get deleted.

crossposting is not as effective anymore many subs have disabled that future mine included

Great post on crossposting definitely makes sense for reaching both old and new followers effectively!
Do you have any specific timing recommendations for crossposting? Also, curious if you’ve noticed any engagement drop-off on posts that are crossposted a lot. And are there certain types of content that you find work better for crossposting than others?
