A real black hatter needs blackhat banking!

For moving money you can use money forwarders.

A guy that will forward money for % and take responsibility...

You can find some respected members on BH forums doing that.

And once again you're talking about 2007, not 2010 ;)

But enough of empty chat, I'll challenge you instead:

Show me an EU bank (a BANK, not an institution that call themselves a bank but actually don't even have a direct SWIFT) that opens accounts based on scanned documents and does not require a notarised/apostilled copy of passport, and I'll ship you $500 for the effort. Hell, let's make it a grand.

I accept WU. :D

And once again one step behind ;)

Quoting an email from Allan (the guy behind offshore-corporations.info) from about two months ago:

Bryan,

We stopped offer this as the bank has recently began to require clients to provide Cyprus embassy Apostilled passport copies of some clients. We have already had 5 clients there who cannot visit a Cyprus embassy open an account with the trust.

The trust is more flexible than a bank after being in business for 44 years, which is longer than many offshore banks so they are less concerned with certificate of good standing than the person and their business.

Allan

This industry (offshore banking) is a notch more complicated than it may sound to someone who hasn't done a thorough research or been involved in it.

bryannon dont get me wrong you clearly know your stuff

but

with mules forged docs and a bit of social engineering its more than possible.

the hot account dosnt have to necceserially be in the EU

black hat banking (moneylaundering) is all about spreading it out mixing it up and putting it back together.

your also missing the fact that people are greedy, bank staff will turn a blind eye if the right gift is given.

when people think of black hat banking they think of tax havens, hell id far rather pay a good wod of tax on my money but have the remainder rather than non of it atall

you also have dual criminaltity rules etc etc

there are quite a few backwards parts of the world with no rules regarding internet marketing, adware, ppi, spam etc etc

Gotta love a bit of backseat moderation, errgh!

look anonymous bankaccounts are a shady area at the best of times, they can be used for good and bad, for laundering money or for keeping your hands on your money which is trying to be obtained by a vicious ex.

i can find plenty of posts about using fake documents for opening new paypal accounts, as for mules well i wasnt telling people how to use them i was just making a statement.

if were going to discuss lawbreaking on this forum can i point you towards the wholesale / drop shipping section of this forum, 90% of those posts are about selling counterfit products!

or the email marketing forum, - a large portion of those are about unsolicited emails

Im sure with over a thousand views the moderators have seen and read this post especially with such a title.

please if you have nothing to contribute to this thread it would be appreciated if you said nothing

or you can launder ur money instead of worrying about avoiding taxes which they probably wont even find u on

The Patriot Act and its implementation globally has made anonomous banking scarcer by far.

Surely it is there, but nowadays carried out in much lower key, personal reference and word of mouth instead of online or printed ads of five years ago.

There is still room for people looking to protect their assets from golddiggers, law-suits or the taxman. But the sums looked forward to tend to be higher nowadays - though the banking meltdown of 2008 opened a few more doors.

There hardly any willingness left to take anyone with small current accounts, especially if there is a risk of them being associated with carding, conning or money laundering.

And they do want to know your identity, to cover their own @sses.

Why not just open up your very own finance company?? I would rather have complete control :D
